菜香豆腐

材料:水豆腐, 蒜头,菜脯碎(浸淡), 肉碎。

做法:

1)豆腐用大火蒸十分钟。

2)用少许油炒香蒜头, 下菜脯碎炒香, 再加入肉碎炒。

3)放少许蚝油, 麻油和胡椒粉调味, 铺在蒸好的豆腐上。
