油菜

很喜欢这种煮法,不论是生菜,小白菜,菜心或是芥兰都可以这样煮。。

做法:

1)先把菜洗净,煮一锅水, 水滚后放一滴油下去,(一滴就够了)再把菜丢下去烫一烫,捞起。

2)用少许油炒香蒜头,再放入虾快速兜炒一下就可以放在烫好的菜上。

3)放些蚝油在菜上拌均匀就可以啦。
