豆腐虾仁丸

材料 :鸡胸肉半片, 虾,日本豆腐一条。

调味料 :酱油两汤匙,蚝油一汤匙,麻油一汤匙, 糖一茶匙, 胡椒粉一茶匙,鸡蛋一粒,面粉和薯粉各两汤匙。

做法:

1)鸡胸肉剁碎,虾肉稍微剁一剁。

2)在日本豆腐的包装纸袋上剪个小洞,将豆腐挤出来。

3)加入所有的调味料搅拌均匀。

4)用汤匙舀进热油里煎至金黄色就可以了。
