潮洲灌肠糕

Kuang Qiang, 有没有听过?星洲日报的网站有一篇提到灌肠糕, 文中老板说有的潮州籍貫的顧客表示,盡管自己是潮州人,但是不曾嘗過它。有的食客則表示,由於會做灌腸糕的長者已不在了,所以從此吃不到灌腸糕”。

其实潮洲灌肠糕并不难做,我家的灌肠糕是斋的,没有放虾米,有放芋头,就让潮洲意米继续把潮洲灌肠糕发扬光大吧。。哈哈。。

材料有:

1)去皮洗净刨成丝。。

2)还有焖熟的花生。。

3)加了盐,很多的胡椒粉和适量的粘米粉。。

4)腐皮一张。。

5)将拌匀的材料放在腐皮上。。

6)卷起,用刀把多余的腐皮切掉,重复Step 5。。

 

7)老公:哽死人啦,这么大条。。(又不是叫你整条吃下去啦。。)

8)大火蒸30分钟。。

9)冷后,切斜片拿去煎。。

“我就是Kuang Qiang 啦。。”
