肉脞蛋

其实就是肉碎蒸鸡蛋啰。。放些肉碎,敲两粒鸡蛋,加些水,洒两圈酱油下去,小火慢慢蒸至熟就可以了。。

经过高手指点,要用小火慢慢蒸,这样脸才会滑滑美美的,我也是用小火慢慢蒸,但还是满脸青春痘,难道是功夫不到家 😦

Tee Baby 很不赏脸,不肯吃,他就是不喜欢吃鸡蛋,管它是荷包蛋,碎碎蛋(煎烂了的荷包蛋),洋葱蛋,虾蛋,腊肠蛋,海带煎蛋,蛋包肉,蒸水蛋,水煮蛋,炸蛋(水煮蛋切半,蛋黄加肉碎,沾面包糠拿去炸),Mayonnaise 蛋 (水煮蛋搞烂加Mayonnaise夹面包),卤蛋。。。天阿,一点都不像他那无“蛋”不欢的Tee 爸爸 🙂
