炒面

这是用“唯一面”来炒的,通常是看冰厨有什么就放下去炒,唯一少不了的就是鸡蛋啦。。

一向来都是用热水将面烫过,这是改用Ohbin的方法,用冷水来浸软后,再拿去炒,口感不一样,有点像马来人的炒面。嘿嘿,还不错,值得一试。
