豆腐

这是我家常出现的豆腐,不知日本豆腐还有什么样的煮法?

材料 :

日本豆腐,姜片,青葱,红萝卜,香菇,肉碎。

做法 :

1)将日本豆腐切小块,放入热油煎至金黄色,捞起。

2)用少许油爆姜片,放入香菇,肉碎和红萝卜炒。

3)加入水,蚝油和薯粉打芡。

4)将煎好的豆腐和青葱放进焖至入味。
