潮洲面条

材料 :潮洲面条,豆芽,韭菜,三层肉,蒜头。

做法 :

1)将面条用热水烫过,再放入冷水,捞起沥干。

2)用油炒香蒜头,放入切薄片的三层肉下去炒。

3)将面条和豆芽一起放入炒。

4)加入韭菜,用面条盖在上面焖一下,快速兜炒就ok 了。

5)炒潮洲面条是不需要加任何调味料(盐或蚝油之类),因为面条本身就已经够咸了。

6)炒后留隔夜再炒来吃,脆脆的,比较香。
