简单又好吃的蒸包菜

发现这道菜简直像发现新大陆一样,不必用油炒到油头粉面,又不必抹地,嘿嘿。。真的太方便了。

将包菜,马铃薯和红萝卜放进盘里拿去蒸(我加了一些水),大约十五分钟后打开盖,放入罐头青豆(连汁一起加入)和肉碎(用少许麻油,胡椒粉,酱油和栗粉腌), 再蒸十分钟就ok了。

Tee baby 对那青色,黄色和橙色的食物很喜欢,吃到津津有味。我没有放调味料(盐),我很喜欢那菜汁的甜味,原汁原味的,真的好吃。
