潮洲菜糕(失败版)

很想把潮洲菜糕这门手艺给学上,买了一包粘米粉和木薯粉来试一试, 结果还是失败了,人家的菜糕是皮薄馅多,我的是皮不薄馅也不多,而且还“破相”了。虽然皮又硬又难看,但还是蒸热乘热当早餐吃掉它,一个都没浪费。请问有哪位高手可以指点一下?

老公:第一次做的菜糕还算及格啦,里头的馅料还不错啦。。。
