鸡扒

材料 :两只鸡腿,一粒鸡蛋,一粒洋葱, 一粒番茄, 一粒马铃薯。

腌料:五香粉, 盐,麻油。

1)费了一番功夫才把鸡骨取出来的鸡腿,用刀背剁一剁,涂上腌料。

2)洒上面粉和胡椒粉,将鸡蛋打散,放入鸡腿,用小火煎至金黄色。

3)马铃薯切角蒸熟。

4)用少许的油炒马铃薯,洋葱和番茄,加水,蚝油,胡椒粉和黑酱油,焖煮至软淋在鸡扒上。

开动啰。。。。
